Problem with HVAC. Austin came out after hours and diagnosed my problem, ordered parts, offered space heaters for the interim and was a really nice guy! Hope the rest of the job goes as smoothly. Thanks so far guys.

Really great experience with the company. They knew what they were doing and diagnosed and repaired the problem, which it seems that the less skilled people who tried to service my unit prior to them had actually themselves caused. Would absolutely work with Valley View again!!

Contacted Valley View HVAC and discussed the issue my tenant was having with her furnace. Scott was very helpful and he was able to send out a technician later that afternoon. The issue was resolved quickly and they performed a furnace service and minor dryer vent repair which helped make the trip out more cost effective. I found them to be very professional and service oriented. We had excellent communications before, during and after the job. The fee for services was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Valley View!
